GifSmith is a web-based tool that allows users to convert video files to GIF format. All processing occurs locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your files.

- You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any content you process.

GifSmith processes all files locally in your browser. We do not:
- Store your video files on our servers
- Transmit your files over the internet
- Access or view your content
- Collect personal information from your files
